I. Instruction of carrying wheels (x10)
A) Main components
3x copper coupling 17mm
1x stainless steel connector
6x screws M3*8
1x screw M2
2x bearings
2x wheel pieces

B) Main procedures (Installation of carrying wheel)
Step1: Install 3 pieces copper couplings on one of the wheels

Step2: Install the other wheel on couplings with M3 screws. Please align the two location holes between the two wheels.

Step3: Put the two bearing into the middle hole of the two wheels respectively

Step4: Insert the stainless steel connector into the middle of two wheels; tighten at the end of connector with the M2 screw

c) Notes:
1. Please align the two location holes between the two wheels.
2. Please tighten the M2 screw at the end of stainless steel connector.

II. Instruction of driving wheels (x2)
a) Main components
2x wheel pieces
1x al-alloy coupling
3x copper pillar 28mm
6x screws M3*8
1x screws M4*16
2x jackscrews

b) Main procedures
Step1: Install 3 pieces copper couplings on the wheel with small hole

Step2: Install the other wheel (with big hole) on couplings with M3 screws. Please align the two location holes between the two wheels.

Step3: Install the jackscrews into the al-alloy coupling and then insert the al-alloy coupling into the big hole of wheel, fix the al-alloy coupling with M4 screw.

c) Notes:
1. Please align the two location holes between the two wheels.
2. The one end of al-alloy coupling connect the motor, the opposite end connect the M4 screw. The M4 screw is closer to the small hole and the jackscrew is closer to the big hole.

III. Instruction of platform
A) Main components
2 x Motor
2 x LED light
2 x tracks
3 x metal accessories
2 x power cable
8 x M3*14 screws
8 x M3 screws
4 x M3*12 screws

b) Main Procedures
Step1: Install the platform as shown

Step2: Install the motor with the M3*10 screws

Step3: Install the driving wheel and connect it to the motor, then tighten the jackscrew to fix the driving wheel. Then install the 8 of the 10 bearing wheels with the short M4 screw.

Step4: Adjust and install the length of tracks and install the last two bearing wheels respectively.

Tips:The length of tracks can be change as per your needs. The tracks can be disassembled with thimble, maybe it need to take effort strongly. so I advice to adjust the bearing wheels in front.

IV. The finished presentation

WARM TIPS
a) Please align the location holes between the two wheels when install the driving wheels and bearing wheels.
b) It can be adjusted in length with thimble at will as the tracks are connected one by one.
c) Please pay attention to choose the correct screws as there are serial kinds of screws.
d) Please do not tighten it too tight when install the bearings.

b) Interface definition

Turn the face of the encoder interface of the motor to yourself, the interface form left to right is respectively: VM (the positive pole of the motor), GM(the negative pole of the motor);V(the positive of sensor),G(the negative of sensor);S1(the first output signal from hall sensor),S2(the second output signal from hall sensor).
The motor is equipped with the encoder to measure speed.
