Sometimes we can not get the servo retate to 180 0r 360 degree;sometimes we can not get the servo retate clockwise or counter clockwise.
Auctally, it is the reason that the servo was not supply enough driver force. You need to connect the VCC of servo to VIN pin on UNO R3 board and power the UNO board through DC connector.
Note: If the servo still can not do as expected, you need to refresh the sketch or upload the sketch again.
Step1: click the arduino file and choose the sweep sketch as follows:
Step2:Choose the correct board and port
Step3: upload the sweep sketch.
